Public Registers
IRBAI maintains public registers wherever the Statute attaches legal consequences to a published record. Each register states its legal basis, what an entry means, and how entries are added, amended and removed.
The registers are searchable and are updated as decisions become final. An empty register is a record in itself: it means that no decision of that kind has been published to date.
Systems and classes of systems designated as prohibited under Charter II, including moratoria adopted under Section B.
Entities subject to sanctions imposed under Article 143, with the ground for listing and the measures imposed.
Risk classification determinations under Annex I: systems assigned to a risk tier, with the High-Risk area engaged and the review cycle.
The directory of national points of contact designated by participating governments under Article 126.
Register of Certified AI Systems
The authoritative record for verifying a claimed IRBAI certification, following the metadata schema of Annex II, Part 6.
Models and datasets notified under the registration obligations of the Statute, with provider, version and training compute.
External bodies accredited under Article 102 to perform conformity assessment tasks, with the scope and validity of each accreditation.
