IRBAI’s work is carried by people who combine technical depth with institutional judgment: auditors and evaluators, lawyers and policy officers, security engineers, and the staff who make an international organization run.

The organization recruits internationally. Positions are filled on merit, with attention to diversity of jurisdictions and disciplines, and functions touching sensitive material carry security screening appropriate to the role.
